Welcome to DopeWars - Empires. By accessing or using our website at dw-empires.com and the DopeWars - Empires game (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. DopeWars - Empires contains mature themes including simulated drug trade, criminal activity, and violence, and is not intended for minors.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account or allow others to access it.
• You may not create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Beta Testing

DopeWars - Empires is currently in beta testing. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• The game may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features.
• Game data, including account data, may be reset or erased during updates.
• Features may change, be added, or be removed without prior notice.
• Service availability is not guaranteed during the beta period.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, hacks, bots, scripts, or exploit bugs for unfair advantages
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• Use offensive, discriminatory, or hateful language in chat
• Impersonate other players or staff members
• Attempt to access other players' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service for any illegal activity
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account or in-game items for real money
• Spam or flood chat channels
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the game

5. In-Game Content

DopeWars - Empires is a fictional strategy game for entertainment purposes only. All references to drugs, criminal activity, and violence are entirely simulated and fictional. The game does not promote, endorse, or encourage any illegal activity in real life.

6. User-Generated Content

Content you create within the Service (such as chat messages, empire names, and alliance names) must comply with our Acceptable Use policy. We reserve the right to remove any content and take action against accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the Service — including game code, artwork, graphics, text, designs, and logos — is the property of DopeWars - Empires and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Donations and Support

Any donations made through Ko-fi or other platforms are voluntary contributions to support development. Donations do not constitute purchases and are non-refundable. Donations do not guarantee any specific in-game benefits, features, or continued operation of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Cheating or exploiting
• Abusive behavior toward other players
• Prolonged inactivity during beta

You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not liable for any data loss, including loss of game progress or account data.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DopeWars - Empires and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of gameplay.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through in-game announcements or on this page.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal action.
